I (.Y Z. Press Associatiori > ROTORUA. The names of persons convicted of drug offences should not be published, a Rotorua magistrate said on Monday. Mr P. J. Trapski, S.M., made this comment after convicting a Rotorua man who had pleaded not guilty to charges of procuring and possessing cannabis, and guilty to a charge of possessing the drug.
