Wool slightly easier
(N.Z. Press Association) January 30. The market at the , second day of the Napier wool sale today was in buyers favour for fleece wool. Short and mixed length lamb’s wool was up to 2f per cent cheaper than on the first day on Monday. There was good general competition throughout, the Continent being the principal ibuyer, said the official report, i There was good support from New Zealand mills, with ’Japan, Bradford, and the : United States buying only in moderation. An offering of 27,448 bales
was presented today to a full and representative bench of buyers. Prices:
