(N.Z. Press Association WELLINGTON. The Wellington plant of William Cable, Ltd, reopened on Tuesday after being closed for 15 weeks by a moulders’ strike. The arbitrator, Dr B. D. Inglis, a professor of law at Victoria University, will hear the parties to the dispute on Thursday.
