“Miss Nelson” contest off
(A’.Z. Press Association) NELSON, Jan. 28. There will be no “Miss Nelson” contest this year. This is the decision the organisers have been forced to make because of a shortage of sponsors for the 10 girls who were bidding for the title. The Stoke Jaycee. which was organising the contest, hopes to be able to organise the “Miss Nelson, 1975” show with more time to make the arrangements.
