WRIGHTSON NMA, LIMITED, have received instructions from Messrs Flower and Company, to offer for sale by Public Auction their foothill grazing and fattening property situated at Glentunnel, 43 miles from Christchurch. BUILDINGS: Brick and wooden homestead, 3 bedrooms. implement shed and granary, outside hut, 3 stand woolshed (300), dairy, fowlhouse, new sheepyards, hay barn (2000). SUBDIVISION: The property is subdivided into 29 main paddocks with water supplied by dams, stream, and reticulation, fencing is in good order. LAND UTILISATION: There are approx 150 acres hill, 100 acres rolling downs, and 250 acres heavy flat. Cropping has been carried out in the past with yields of 85 bushels for oats. Lambing percentage approximately 90 per cent in recent years and 41 kilos wool. Stock carried 1700 ewes. 500 hoggets, and 200 dry sheep.
