TEL \\IV. January 24. Israeli and Egyptian military commanders went back to the desert today to negotiate the final details of the troop withdrawal accord worked out by the I Hit cd States Secretary of State (Dr Henry Kissinger'.

.Military sources said that Israel has pulled all its heavy equipment and transport vehicles out of the first section of Egyptian territory to he evacuated. They said that troops, tanks, and artillery pieces would he gone by* Sunday.

Lieutenant-General David Eiazar. the Israeli Chief of Staff, and Lieutenant-Genera' Mohammed Gamassy, his Egyptian counterpart, returned to the Kilometre 101 desert outpost near the Suez Canal today to work out the last details of the withdraw-, al. Morocco, said that Syria was ready to start negotiations with Israel on troop withdrawals along the northern Golan Heights front.
