Odd taste in thefts

(From Our Oun Reporter

WESTPORT. Jan. 20.

There were unwelcome visitors to Mr P. Black’s residence at Westport on Friday, showing extremes in tastes.

First, several goldfish were removed from the garden pool and then a power-cycle, valued at $lOO. was stolen from Mr Black’s veranda.

The power-cycle was recovered later in the day, badly damaged, near the sea edge on the rocks of the town’s eastern breakwater (tip head). The goldfish are still at large.
