Bay Association’s annual beach carnival. He said the efforts of motorists were helping greatly in the fuel crisis. Sir Basil Arthur also expressed a general “thank-you” from the Government to the 7000 to 8000 holiday-makers present, for their work and co-operation over the year. “You have all earned your holiday,” he said.
