Pressure on Phnom Penh
FN.Z.P. .4 .-Reuter— Copyright) PHNOM PENH, Dec. 25. Another Soviet-made rocket crashed into the centre of Phnom Penh today, killing at least one person and wounding another. It was the third consecutive day that Cambodian insurgents had fired rockets into the capital. Yesterday, nine rockets hit the city, killing or wounding six people. Military sources said the barrage suggested the insurgents were trying to put’ greater pressure on the capital after severing all its road links with the rest, of the country in recent weeks.
