COASTAL MARLBOROUGH. — Fresh cold southerlies decreasing slowly; fair; rising temperatures.
INLAND MARLBOROUGH, NELSON, BULLER, WESTLAND. — Light or moderate easterly winds; fine; mild this afternoon.
OUTLOOK. — Cloud increasing slowly on the West Coast, otherwise fair.
