A 31-year-old New South Wales farmer’s wife, who has been taking fertility drugs, gave birth to quadruplets, three boys and a girl, in Wollongong Hospital last week. The four babies were delivered to Mrs Gaye Weir by caesarian section about four weeks prematurely. They are in humicribs and are reported by the hospital to be “looking good.” The hospital said the babies would be kept under [intensive care until they I reached normal birth weight. [Their weight at birth was not given, but was said to be 'well below normal.
