NELSON AND BULLER. — Moderate south-westerlies; some showers in the ranges, otherwise fine and mild. WESTLAND. — South-westerlies, fresh to strong in exposed places; mainly fine, but showers becoming widespread for a time today; moderate temperatures. OUTLOOK. — Some showers west of the Alps, otherwise fair.
