The Northland Harbour Board Administration Bill was passed through all ■■ stages. The Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council Bill was read a first time and passed to a special select comittee for open recess study. Six notices of motion were tabled. Ministers answered 43 questions. The House rose at 12.54 p.m. until the 1974 session begins at 2.30 p.m. on February 4.
