The Wellington yacht Snoopy Too, crewed by J. Leydon and M. Julian, won the over-all handicap section in the R class Ruddiman trophy series at Lyttelton yesterday. j Relent (Canterbury), sailed by the experienced J. Rountree and P. Townshend, was first across the line in two of three races to win the championship competition but was fourth in the Ruddiman Trophy, which is decided on handicap. Two other visiting vachts, Maree (Nelson) and Heather (Dunedin) finished behind Snoopy Too in the handicap aggregate. Results:— Race one.—Rendition (C. Morgan and H.
