Documentation for the first stage con- 1 tract—excavation, footings and basement walls up to ground level—could be completed by January, and first stage tenders could be called by April next year, he said ' in reply to Mr J. R. Harrison (Nat., Hawke s Bay). ' Mr Amos hopes the lib- ' rary will be finished bv Aug- 1 ust, 1978.
