A two-storey house converted into three flats at 137 Aikmans Road. Merivale, was sold at auction for $22,500 under the hammer of Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns. Barber and Keenan, Ltd. The 1969 Government valuation is
$BOOO. A house divided into two flats at 48 Garden Road, Fendalton, was sold for $29,000. The 43-perch property has a 1971 Government valuation of $11,700. The auctioneer for N. H. McCrostie and Company was Mr M. H. McCrostie.
