Adjustment of annuities
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 18. Any annuity paid to a public servant under the proposed New Zealand superannuation scheme would be adjusted according to changes in the cost-of-living index, said the Acting Minister of Finance (Mr Connelly) today. The same would apply to the Government Superannuation Fund conditions in respect of contributory service after the start of the New Zealand scheme.
