ULSTER BLASTS
(N.Z.P. A. -Reuter—Copyright) BELFAST, Oct. 18. Five guerrilla terrorists set fire, with bombs, to the Londonderry Post Office yesterday, and in the County Fermanagh village of Derrylin, another gang shot the postmaster and blew up the general store and post office. Another bomb destroyed a public house in Seaford, about 25 miles south of Belfast. The police in Derrylin say that the village postmaster, Mr Joseph Hall, was shot in the leg by raiders armed with machine-guns. They then robbed the post office and the general store, planted bombs which wrecked both buildings, and fled across the border into the Irish Republic three miles away. Army intelligence officers today say that more suspected members of the I.R.A. will be arrested on information gained from documents captured yesterday in a series of Belfast raids which led to 17 immediate arrests.
