This appointment arises directly from business built up in our bearing sales. THE POSITION: Centred in Christchurch. Although responsible to the Automotive Divisional Sales Manager, he will be expected to work in close liaison with other Divisions of the Company. His: main concern will be the day to day administration common’ to the bearing section, spearheading of sales through our extensive branch network,’ training branch staff in product appreciation and application and above all will be expected to draw on his own considerable engineering knowledge and expertise. A reasonable amount of travel will be involved. THE MAN: To be eligible for the position, breadth of sound experience in the specialised applications of industrial bearings is fundamental and a priority. Likely men will be in the 25-35 age range and could come from a drawing office or machine shop background.
