New judge appointed

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. Mr M. F. Chilwell, Q.C., of Auckland, had been appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court, the AttorneyGeneral (Dr Finlay) announced today. The new judge was bom at Auckland in 1924.
