New judge appointed
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. Mr M. F. Chilwell, Q.C., of Auckland, had been appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court, the AttorneyGeneral (Dr Finlay) announced today. The new judge was bom at Auckland in 1924. He was educated at Kings School, Kings College and Auckland University College, graduating LL.M. first class honours in 1950 and gaining the Auckland Law Society’s: Hugh Campbell Scholarship. | Royds Real Estate 7B Normans Road.
