Marylands fire
Fire damaged a disused 1 building at the St John of( God Hospital at Marylands. Halswell Road, about 3.30 i p.m. yesterday. The centre part of the twostorey building suffered mod- 1 erate damage. The building measuring 100 ft by 80ft. was) in the process of bein*. demolished. Engines from the Sockburn, and Harewood fire( stations attended, and a Papa ( rua County Council water tender also stood by.
