Warning by police
The Christchurch police warn persons who have purchased kerosene from the Waltham Road Autoport service station during the last month not to use the fuel. The service-station employees yesterday discovered that the kerosene tank was contaminated by petrol and there was a possibility that any kerosene sold during the last month could be highly explosive. Those persons with kerosene recently purchased from the service-station should immediately return it.
