Revertex 1:5 bonus issue
(•N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. June 12. Revertex Industries (N.Z.), (Ltd, will make a one-for-five bonus issue after increasing group net profit by $33,635 or 38.5 per cent to $120,758, in the year to March 31, the directors say in a preliminary report. The bonus issue will be made out of the share premium account to shareholders on Julv 20. ex bonus July 21. An unchanged final dividend of 7 per cent will be paid, making a steady total of 12 per cent for the year, ex dividend July 10. The directors propose that the authorised capital of the company be increased from $500,000 to slm. dollars to provide for future expansion.
