Firemen from Lyttelton and Woolston. using breathing apparatus.l controlled the blaze in about six minutes. The house is owned by Mr J. W. Curry, |; Curtain.s a couch and( flooring in a house at 145 Hackthorne Road, Cashmere, were also slightly damaged ( by fire about 6.30 a.m. The' {property is occupied by Mr I •'D. S.
