A model of the Harvard Memorial which will stand at the gates of the Royal New Zealand Air Force base at Wigram to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the Permanent Air Force, the forerunner of the R.N.Z.A.F. The Harvard— NZ1050—will be mounted on a 12ft steel and concrete plinth and will be painted yellow, an earlier colour of these aircraft, which have been used in training for more than .30 years.
