Rogers in Brazil The United States Secre-; tary of State, Mr Rogers, arived in Brazil today from Colombia for a four-day visit as part of a tour of eight Latin American countries. In Colombia, students demonstrated against the visit, and reports said that about 1100 were detained. —Rio de Janiero, May 20.
