Analie made it a clean sweep by New Zealand studs of Australian Derbies for the 1972-73 season when she easily won the Queensland Derby over 2400 metres at Eagle Farm on Saturday. Starting favourite, the Sydney filly won the $15,000 event from Mighty Keys and the Melbourne colt. Gala Red.
Analie won the Queensland Oaks last week and seems assured of favouritism for the rich Grand Prix Stakes in Brisbane n a fortnight. Gold Brick finished fourth.
