FINAL INSPECTOR FORK LIFT AND BUCKET LOADER ASSEMBLY QUALITY CONTROL THIS SENIOR quality control position is located in our Middleton Assembly Plant where the “Clark” fork lift trucks and “Michigan” bucket loaders are built. The man appointed will be responsible for approving the inflexible standards of workmanship, performance checks and test driving of all these machines coming off our production lines. Absolute integrity and discretion in judgement together with the ability to work within the framework of company standards and acceptance of responsibility are fundamental. Primarily the work calls for a confident mechanic of high calibre, with a progressive work record and probably holding an “A” grade certificate or better. He must be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Separate training to develop his judgement of precision engineering finish and welding thoroughness goes with the job. The salary offered will interest men with the right mix of technical knowledge of breadth of accumulated experience to fill this important staff vacancy.
