HUNTER KILLED
.(N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA, April 30. A young man was accidentally shot dead in a hunting accident at Kaharoa about 6 p.m. yesterday. He was Leslie John McFetridge, aged 21, a farmer, married, of Tauranga Road, Kaharoa. Mr McFetridge was hunting with a companion in mixed bush and farmland. The police said that the shot apparently was fired by a member of another hunting party in the area.
