(N.Z.P A.-Reuter —Copyright’ [ NEW YORK. A Federal judge is considering whether a New York housewife who was a [Nazi death camp superintendent is to face murder [charges in West Germany. I Judge Jacob Mishler, who ‘ruled on Tuesday that Mrs Hermine Braunsteinter Ryan [was not an American citizen, is now studying documents of her 1949 war-crimes conviction by an Austrian court before deciding on her extradition. Affidavits were submitted more than a week ago by former inmates alleging that she took part in the selection of about 2000 women and children for extermination in [the gas chambers there.
