AUCKLAND. | A New Zealand Surf Life- j Saving Association delega- J tion will visit South Africa next year, for the World Life j Saving Congress and Symposium. A statement issued by rhe I association said that it had decided to accept the invita-1 tion to the congress, in Durban during January and February. ; “The association will be j sending an educational deie gation of up to 17 members to attend these meetings,, which will study the latesi and most up to date techniques and equipment used ; throughout the world.” According to the association, the symposium is beings held in South Africa on a venue-rotation basis. Canada., Ceylon. Ireland, Great Britain, the United States, and Taiwan had also said they would be represented.
