St John busier

St John ambulances in Christchurch carried 2423 patients over a distance of 16,605 miles last month. This was 166 patients and 1757 miles up on the same time last year. St John at tended 123 motor accidents last month—2o more than in March, 1972—and 158 patients were assisted from these compared with 129.
