The Post Office Savings Bank is paying $92,112 in grants to schools to provide cultural and recreational facilities.
During 1972, 2170 primary) schools and 360 secondary | schools were in the Post Of-[ fice savings scheme. The totali value of the school savings; was $9,253,053, with! $5,306,795 coming from prim-; ary schools and $3,946,258 from secondary schools. This j was an increase of $871,878) on the previous year. During the year. 12 prim-) ary schools and eight secondary schools joined the ( scheme.
