(NZ.PA.-Reuter—Copyright) ADELAIDE, April 2. The South Australian Deputy Police Commissioner (Mr L. Draper) said last night that the Adelaide C.1.8.’s stock squad had been reformed, in an effort to com bat lucrative sheep-rustling. The squad was disbanded more than a year ago, during a bleak period for graziers when sheep were realising no more than two or three dollars each. The executive director of the Stockowners’ Association of South Australia, Mr D. Kelly, said that a good wether or a young ewe might now realise as much as $34.
