Group Marketing Manager is required tor our client. Tasman Vaccine Laboratory Limited, a pioneer in the field of veterinary vaccines and pharmaceuticals which manufactures and distributes a wide range of related veterinary products. The Head Office is situated at Upper Hutt with warehouses throughout New Zealand, and there are subsidiaries in Australia and the United Kingdom. DUTIES: Responsible to the Managing Director for the planning and management of all aspects of the group veterinary marketing programme in conformity with overall company objectives. This will call for administration and co-ordination of marketing budgets, market research, product policy, packaging and design, price structure and strategy, sales organisation, staff training, export and overseas subsidiary activities; some overseas travelling would be incidental to these duties. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred age under 45 years, with proven successful marketing competence in a company with New Zealand-wide or international operations. Previous experience in our c tent's industry could be desirable but is not essental. Must have ablity to lead, co-ordinate and motivate staff, to implement marketing plans, and to participate in decisions at corporate level.
