Inclusive fee* 51.50. 7954 HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL DOG REGISTRATION AND HYDATID CONTROL FEES 1973-1974 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Dogs Registration Act 1955 and the Hydatids Act 1968 and amend-: ments thereto that the Council I has by resolution fixed the following combined fees for the period April I, 1973, to March 31, 1974:— WORKING DOGS: Hydatid Control Fee .. $4.00 Registration Fee .. .35 $4.35 OTHER DOGS: Hydatid Control Fee .. $4.00 Registration Fee .. $2.00 $6.00 with the provision that such Hydatid Fee be reduced by thirty cents (30c) per month for each month (after the month of April. 1973 i which passes before the dog attains the age of three months The Dogs Registration Act provides that no person shall keep a dog of greater age than three months for a period of 14 days or more unless the dog is for the time being registered under the provisions of the Act. No fees are payable in respect of transfers of ownership or changes of address, but notification of such changes or of the death or loss of a dog is necessary. The above Dog Registration fees shall be reduced to one half in respect of any dog which attains the age of three months at any time after the month of October. K. D. STILLS.
