One of their first jobs will be to arrange the release of a United States prisoner, believed to be Captain Robert White. Captain Whites name was handed to the United States authorities two days ago. He was captured in Phuqc Tuy province, east of Saigon in 1968, but is being held m t Vinh Binh Province on the 1 other side of Saigon m the Mekong Delta.
