Asian refugees to arrive soon
Two families of Asian refugees from Uganda would arrive in Christchurch next month, said the resettlement officer of the National Council of Churches (the Rev. R. M. O’Grady) in Christchurch yesterday. He had received no details of the families, but would visit Wellington in the next few days to arrange details of employment and accommodation, Mr O’Grady said. Other families would follow.
