Goolagong (Australia) into errors with a hard ground stroke, and upset the Australian. 6-3, 7-5, to advance to the quarter-finals of the $25,000 Akron tennis open, the Associated Press reported. Miss Redondo. Miss V. Wade (Sydney) and four others have advanced to the final eight. The American schoolgirl was the 16 and under national girls’ champion last year.
