Cutting and welding: equipment of a total value of • about $350 was stolen in sep-; arate burglaries in Christ-! church on Thursday night. The premises of Ab Radiator Repair Services. Lid. 217 Salisbury Street, was! entered and a small gas-; welding plant on a trolly' Ftolen. A radio was also, taken, the total value of the Items being $195. A door was’ forced to gain entry. The works office of D. F. Nuttall Steel. Ltd. Port Hills | Road. Heathcote, was also entered. Cutting equipment! complete with gauges, valued at $l6O, was taken.
