Sir, —On reading the reply! (to the letter by “Breadman” (I fail to see why it is impossible to produce the quarter loaf of bread in Christchurch (without the Department of! Trade and Industry allowing! an increase in price. It is still: (made in Invercargill, Dun-' edin, and Timaru. So people, there do not have to eat stale bread for almost a week.
