For the third time in three stints against the South Australians, D, R. O’Sullivan came out on top as by far the best New Zealand bowler. The famous Australian spin bowler, Clarrie Grimmett, who was born in Dunedin, sent a message of congratulations to O’Sullivan in the New Zealand dressing room after his bowling yesterday. “The best spin bowling I have seen since Wilfred Rhodes,” he relayed to O’Sullivan.
