f.V.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. The Totalisator Agency Board said yesterday it would run a special concession double on the Wellington Trotting Cup and the Wellington Cup. The first leg, the Wellington Trotting Cup, will be run at Huff Park on Tuesday, and the second leg, the Wellington Cup, at Trentham on January 20. Betters will have to nominate horses for both legs when they buy tickets.
