Advertisement well noted
A double-page advertisement for New Zealand lamb in “Woman’s Realm” has equalled the highest ever noting score for a food product, checked by Gallup Noting and Reading, in any woman’s weekly magazine, in Britain. The Internationa! Publishing Corporation, which publishes “Woman’s Realm,” has confirmed that 91 per cent of the readers of the magazine remembered seeing the advertisement featuring eight different recipes for New Zealand lamb. It was headed, “How to Eat Well and Save a Little,” and offered a cookery booklet.
The advertisement was prepared for the Meat Board by Wasey-Quadrant, Ltd, the board’s advertising and public relations agents.
