Petty cash amounting to Sl5 was stolen from M. F. Hunter Holding, Ltd, Hereford Street, when burglars broke in on Wednesday night. The money was taken from a strong-room where the key had been left in the door. Burglars broke a window to get into the N.Z.R. Trust store in Bell Street and stole $3O in cash. About $9O was taken from a wallet and purse at a house in Oxford Terrace on Wednesday night. The wallet was taken from the hip pocket of a pair of trousers while the occupants of the house slept.
