(N Z. Press Association 9 AUCKLAND. Dec. 21. The bidder seeking half of Wooicraft-Klipper Holdings. Ltd. is Mr W. Relph. the Auckland man who pulled off Lie take-over of John Court, Ltd. Mr Relph is offering 40c a share for half of each share--1 >lder’s stock: 922.500 shares e r » on issue. Mr Relph said that if his bid was successful he would, rebuild the company.
