Engine fails again
G*V Z. Press Association > AUCKLAND. Dec. 15. It was a case of tMird time unlucky for the 5393-ton freighter Wenchow today after her master decided to take her to sea. About 11.30 a.m. her crew said farewells for the second time in two weeks, expecting the resumption of a voyage round the coast and to the Far East, after a major engine breakdown. A few hours later the ship was berthed again by harbour tugs. She had only chared Rangitoto Channel when the engineers detected more engine troubles.
