"The Press” Special Service LEVIN. Arcon worked boldly at Foxton yesterday morning in preparation for the President's Handicap at Awapunl tomorrow. Work was done 10 feet out on the fast course proper. Arcon ran one round, speeding up for the last six furlongs, which took I min 16 4-ssec, the last three in 36 4-ssec.
