FOOD IS THE KEY TO SUMMING

What we eat rather than how much is the key to the ever present problem of weight control. A low calorie — high protein food intake will reduce the chances of excess weight and at the same time improve health and strength. Many foods fall into the low calorie — high protein category and these include meat, cheese, green vegetables and eggs. Of all these foods, eggs appear to score heavily as giving a high food value at a reasonably low cost. In New Zealand for instance egg prices have not suffered the effects of inflation and have remained stable while other major food items have increased rather dramatically. Egg recipes for slimmers are now available free of charge from the Egg Research Centre, P.O. Box 379, Wellington. —Advt.
