Eye spy
(By David Richmond) Don’t miss these: “The Day They Buried Cleaver,” the Stables Theatre Company production, to see again Swen Colon back on his own heath. If Sidney James is your cup of tea, then you will not want to miss "Bless This House.” Then, for Marty Feldman connoisseurs, there is “Marty Abroad.” I have known times when he has been funnier without the situations being quite so contrived. But perhaps I am just prejudiced about the Englishman-on-holiday-on-the-Continent joke. This is a season for the return of old, familiar faces, so I must mention also that Paul Temple is back and the young men from St Swithin’s are also at large in a new series entitled “Doctor* At Large.” Need I say more to devotees, and could I say anything helpful to other viewers? Also recommended: “Judgment at Nuremberg”; “Doubts and Certainties”; and “Why It Is So,” this week or any week.
